  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the tacos:

  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Ranch dressing (homemade or store-bought)
  • Crumbled blue cheese (or blue cheese dressing)
  • Chopped fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the hot sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to make the buffalo sauce.

  6. Top with shredded lettuce, a drizzle of ranch dressing, and crumbled blue cheese (or blue cheese dressing).
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro, if desired.
